Due to me being slack (and the hot weather!) I have begun running in the mornings. It is so much better, as the run is out of the way for the day and I can blob after work. It also means that it is much nicer to run in the cooler weather.
So I get up at 5.45am and run for about 30 minutes...I will need to make a couple of the runs longer though if I am to achieve my goal of running comfortably for 5km....getting there.
This morning it was raining, so I took my hearing-aids off for the run...actually I think it helped me run longer! Might start taking them out for all of my runs.
