It has been freezing cold! When it is only 2 degrees (or worse!) outside I would rather rug up and sit in front of the tv than go out for a run. Therefore, I am joining the gym again.
I went to the Bishopdale YMCA daily last year, and loved it...so will do that again. The gym has a great selection of gym equipment, great staff, super changing rooms and showers and is close to work (and cheaper than anywhere else!).
