I have been slack!
My fitness has slipped over the last couple of months and I need to get back into it...so I am back to my running blog...with the intention of people spurring me on.
I went for a run this afternoon around Hagley Park. I used to be able to run all of the way round it without stopping. This time I had to stop once...(aww! To be honest...I stopped...three times!!!). How pitiful!
So, my plan is to start running again and mix it up with some gym workouts too.
Yesterday I purchased a lovely little dress to wear to a wedding next weekend (plus another wedding the weekend after...different people so I can wear the same dress twice!)...it fits okay now...but it would look much better with a few inches shaved off the waist line...actually even 1mm would be okay.
I have decided that if I start going back to my old tricks...too busy to go to the gym, sore leg so I can't go running, it's too hot to got running, it's too dark to go running, I'm too tired to go to the gym etc etc...I am going to publicly humiliate myself by publishing my weight and measurements!!!! Eek!
So please, if you know I am not going running or going to the gym...please scold me!
