Who gets out of bed at 5.45am on their holiday???

Evidently I do! Instead of sleeping in...I got out of bed and went running (though yesterday I enjoyed a sleep in...all the way to 8.30am - bliss!). I should have done the same this morning...I only managed to run 3.5km in 22 minutes. I guess that is what I get if I haven't been running in a whole week...and in that time quite a bit of alcohol was consumed. Excuses, excuses...
