Yay! I am down to 88.3kg (I don't care about broadcasting my weight...in fact, if I don't my brain seive will forget!). For those who don't know, my first goal weight is 85kg...then after that I want to get down to 80kg. According to the BMI I should be around 75kg (I am 6ft tall)...but I think that is actually too skinny for me...we will see.
Also, a tip, instead of 200ml of water in my shakes, I am actually putting just over 250ml (especially with yummy sweet flavours, such as, chocolate, caramel and toffee).
Another tip, I recommend purchasing the mens pack everynow and then (or buying the single packets), as they have really yummy flavours (double choc, toffee crunch etc). I have one of the mens sachets everynow and then...especially when you are in the mood for something really sweet!
Here's what I had yesterday:
Breakfast - glass of water, CS shake (strawberry), glass of water
Morning tea - small apple, choc mint crunch CS snack bar, black coffee
Lunch - CS milk drink (latte)
Afternoon tea - boiled egg, mandarin
Tea - 2 'lite' hoki fish fillets (with very light batter - a treat!), a side of heated up stir fry veges from last night (Malc was sick and didn't eat his share), spinach salad (spinach, red capsicum, avocado), peppermint tea
Supper - peppermint tea
Just want to add that I am also continously sipping from a water bottle throughout the day.
Exercise - none (I blame Malc...he is sick with the flu and we usually go for a walk on Thursday nights...I was too scared to walk by myself in the dark). But actually I did walk ten minutes from the car to the costume hire place, climbed 2 flights of stairs...grabbed my brown bear outfit...and back to the car again - that count as exercise???
Oh? You ask why am I getting a brown bear outfit? It is Fairy Tale day at school...I am going as a bear (from Goldilocks)...it will be a love nice warm outfit on a cold day!
