No weight lost today...but I haven't gained any either!
My food intake for the day:
Breakfast - glass of water, CS shake (caramel), glass of water
Morning tea - black coffee, some carrot and celery sticks with yummy basil hummus
Lunch - cappacino (quite a yucky one from our schools coffee machine), CS breakfast bar (cranberry and sultana)
Afternoon tea - glass of water, CS snack bar (choc mint crunch)
Tea - salad (lettuce, avocado, red capsicum, cucumber), carrots, chicken breast (stuffed with some cream cheese and cranberries - delish!), peppermint tea
Supper - peppermint tea
Exercise - 30 minute brisk walk
