Awesome! Another great day...albeit long (why do staff meetings always go on and on???).
I did feel a wee bit hungry, but I think this is because I was sitting in the afternoon (during the meeting) rather than 'doing stuff'...and because I didn't have any of my usual hot drinks during the school day.
Here's what I had:
Breakfast - glass of water, CB shake (Vanilla) and another glass of water.
Morning tea - 2 long celery sticks with peanut butter (yum yum)
Lunch - CB soup (beef...which I thought was really nice...much nicer than chicken)
Afternoon tea - lettuce salad (lettuce, spring onion, capsicum and boiled egg)
Tea - stir fry veges (string beans, cabbage, courgette, capsicum, carrot with a tiny bit of soy sauce) and steak (TASTY!!!)...followed by a nice cup of peppermint tea.
Supper - mandarin and peppermint tea.
Exercise - none (so tired)
After work, I will be popping in to supermarket to get some Weight Watchers jelly...it is so yummy and has absolutely no carbs! I usually just make it up and then put into little single serving containers. This is great with some frozen berries or fruit slices - as a snack.
