- school started again - and I just simply had no energy to do anything!
- my knee was very sore last week. I similar pains about this time last year and went to a physio...who gave me some exercises to do. I have been doing these exercises this week and knee seems to be better.
Actually there was a third:
- was on a NO carb diet - which meant I had no actual energy to run on. Have taken myself off this ridiculous diet and am back to eating rubbish - so I really need to up my running!

So I have mapped a run for me to do this afternoon.
Have also noticed that it is rather dark in the mornings when I usually go running...a little scary. So I am going to have to go running at the end of the day instead...will get into the habit of putting my running gear into my car each day.
