I love dogs (cute and friendly ones)...but honestly! This morning I went running and not once, but twice I had to cross the road with fear of being chewed up by a horrible looking dog which was NOT behind a fence.
Both dogs were big and mean looking, and were sitting by their owner's letter boxes (owners nowhere in sight). They were probably the most friendly of dogs, but strangers don't know that! People should be able to walk/run/skate/scooter etc along the footpath and not have to worry if a dog is going to attack them!!!
A little disgruntled???....ya think!!!
