1.1kg lost...

Yep, you read it correctly...I had gained 300g (88.6kg). It's no biggie though, as there are several reasons:
1. am a little constipated, which is to be expected. I will need to remember to eat more, and add some allowable fruits to my snacks.
2. had a staff farewell party last night. I had a night off my eating programme. Really enjoyed some creamy pumpkin soup, plus dessert!! Yum Yum
3. not drinking as much water as I was at start of week
4. not doing exercise

Here's what I had on Friday:
Breakfast - glass of water, CS Shake (strawberry), glass of water
Morning Tea - celery stick with peanut putter, black coffee
Lunch - spinach salad (spinach, salami pieces, boiled egg, capsicum, spring onion)
Afternoon tea - peppermint tea
Tea - my night off; cup of pumpkin soup, 2 pieces of pumpernickel bread with cream cheese and salmon, 2 sausages and salad (this bit is allowed actually), and dessert!! (small piece of apple strudel, piece of black forest gateaux), glass of wine

Exercise - zip

The funny thing about eating the chocolate gateaux is that I REALLY enjoyed it...and I think it is because I am treating the sweet stuff as a 'treat'...not a given.

I may as well do today's food dairy also...as it is 6.40pm:

Breakfast - peppermint tea, egg omelette (2 eggs, bacon, cheese, half tomato)
Morning tea - glass of water
Lunch - I didn't have any, due to making errands, chopping kindling, gardening and housework (but I also did NOT feel hungry)
Afternoon tea - peppermint tea, mandarin
Tea - treated myself to a bowl of pumpkin soup, and about to have portion of baked chicken, broccoli, spinach salad (spinach, capsicum, spring onion, avocado)
Supper - probably peppermint tea
