200g lost...

First of all...Jennifer...no, celebrity slim is not cigarettes - lol! (refer to comment in last post).

A good start - I must say. It has been 24 hours and I have lost 200g.

The only down side to the day is that I have been continuously sipping water all day...I had to excuse myself from class at least twice to go and pee! And...I get irritated when the children ask to go to the toilet during classtime! Oops!

Didn't go hungry either!

Breakfast - glass of water, cafe latte celebrity slim (CS) shake, another glass of water
Morning tea - two long sticks of celery and peanut butter (absolutely yummy!), black coffee
Lunch - glass of water, CS chicken soup, piece of cheese
Afternoon tea - black coffee, tuna salad (small can of tuna with lettuce, capsicum, tomatoes, spring onion, avocado)
Tea - pork chop, cauliflower, broccoli and yes...I cheated I had a small side of potato and parsnip chips (Malc cooked tea...what was I to do???)
Plus I sipped from a water bottle all day.

Exercise - indoor netball at 6.30pm...we lost AGAIN.

Well, I am relieved to read that you have not chosen cigarettes as a weight loss program, effective though they may be!

Not too sure about the parsnip chips thing. Parsnips? Really? You couldn't pass them up? Maybe your parsnips are better there - anaemic carrots that taste like rotted socks - I have hope.

Congratulations on the 200g. That's like 75 individual packets of sugar or something.
