3.3kg lost...

I've gone up slightly, but I'm not too worried.

Yesterday I had:
Breakfast - CS shake (vanilla), two glasses of water
Morning tea - yummy cupcake (with pink icing and pretty heart shaped sprinkles on top), black coffee
Lunch - CS milk drink (Cafe Latte)
Afternoon tea - CS snack bar (caramel - not as nice as choc mint), glass of water
Tea - shoulder chop, stirfry veges (courgette, carrot, bok choy and mushrooms), green salad (lettuce, avocado, spring onion)
Supper - peppermint tea

Exercise - 40 mins at Jellie Park gym
