argghhh!

Today I have been feeling particularly hungry...either that or I am just craving some comfort food. Both Malc and I got home just before 6pm and niether of us felt like putting effort into tea...so we are having pea-pie-pud (peas, meat pie and spud/potato for those who don't know what pea-pie-pud is). Yes, I know, pie has pastry...I just don't care tonight...it is easy to cook (grab pie out of freezer and chuck into the oven)...and I know I am going to enjoy it!

My weight loss is not going as fast as it did last time...which I am finding difficult...I am a results kind of girl! Also, I have lost over 3kg and my waist still looks the same...

Today:
Exercise - 45 mins at gym (treadmill, rower and cross-trainer), bottle of water
Breakfast - CS shake (banana)
Morning tea - CS snack bar (berry choc), black coffee
Lunch - glass of water, CS breakfast bar (apricot, almond and something else???)
Afternoon tea - apple, cup of tea
Tea - about to have PEA-PIE-PUD (but will have just a smidgeon of potato and have side of cabbage too)
Supper - not sure yet!

Don't be discouraged! Weight loss is a fickle thing...peaks and valleys and plateaus. You will get there.

Hope you enjoyed your pea-pie-pud. Except for the peas, it sounds lovely. hahaha.
