am knackered, and need some sleep...am off to gym in morning, so won't have time to add to blog...
Today:
Exercise - planned to go swimming, but couldn't get out of bed
Breakfast - CS shake (caramel), glass of water
Morning tea - boiled egg, black coffee (wierd combo I know!)
Lunch - CS milk drink (cafe latte), glass of water
Afternoon tea - apple
Exercise - 40 minutes in swimming pool, 10 minutes in spa (bliss!)
Tea - meat patties, cabbage, carrots, brocolli
Supper - peppermint tea
