Nearly Friday!!!

Another day gone...

Exercise - gym for 30 minutes (treadmill and cross-strainer)
Breakfast - CS shake (chocolate)
Morning tea - CS snack bar (choc mint), black coffee
Lunch - CS milk drink (chocolate)
Afternoon tea - apple
Tea - Thai takeaways (minus the rice)...satay thai chicken/thai beef with cashew nuts
Supper - peppermint tea, slice of tasty cheese
