Breakfast - glass of water, CS shake (vanilla)
Morning tea - cappacino
Exercise - nothing (but I did do some gardening - that count???
Lunch - scrambled eggs, 1 piece of bacon, half tomato, glass of water
Afternoon tea - peppermint tea, CS snack bar (berry yoghurt), mouthful of banana muffin mixture (I baked Malc some muffins for his lunches this week - how domesticated am I???)
Tea - 2 chicken drumsticks (baked), cabbage, carrots and peas...with gravy!!!
Supper - peppermint tea
Have not weighed myself since Friday...will do that tomorrow morning (just before I head to the gym)
