Yay...I am past the 1kg mark.
I am really pleased that CB has released some new items. They now have snack bars (choc mint crunch, choc caramel, choc berry and one other I can't remember...lime something I think) and milk drinks (like those up to go drinks you can get in the supermarket) with latte and chocolate flavours.
These are designed to replace either a snack (snack bars) or a meal (milk drinks...just like the soups or shakes or bars). This is fantastic if you are running late or too lazy to make a salad etc. The milk drinks are great if you only have 30 minutes for lunch (or if you are a teacher...by the time you get to the staff room...10 minutes!!!) as there is no preparation - just grab it out of the fridge.
Didn't feel hungry at all. Here's what I had:
Breakfast - glass of water, CB shake (toffee - yummy!), glass of water
Morning tea - 2 sticks of celery and peanut butter, black coffee
Lunch - CB Latte milk drink (very nice!), glass of water
Afternoon tea - CB snack bar (choc mint crunch flavour - this was so yummy!!!!!), peppermint tea
Tea - cajun chicken, stir fry veges (courgettes, cabbage, string beans, carrots), peppermint tea
Supper - peppermint tea
Exercise - zip!
I forgot to buy some weight watchers jelly, but I did stock up on some more snack bars and milk drinks...which will be fantastic for today. On Thursdays, the staff at Wairakei School are on a roster to supply morning tea...which is normally yummy muffins, cake, slices etc...I will have my choc mint crunch bar - and not feel as though I am missing out.

Ok, so here's what I am noticing...You appear to have more meals in a day than I do. Breakfast, Dinner, and Supper are the main three here, usually eaten at 7 am, noon, and 6 pm. I have two breaks in the day, both for coffee and little else, and rarely have snacks at night. How do you manage to have "Tea" and "Supper" (although I also notice that "Supper" is more like a cup of tea so far!). Does this mean that your Tea is Supper and your Supper is tea?
I must have burned a few calories just thinking on this I think.
Keep up the great work!
