Yep! Have had fish and chips for tea tonight. I am allowing myself to cheat once a week. Feel quite full now...
Breakfast - CS shake (toffee crunch), glass of water
Morning tea - apple, glass of water
Lunch - CS breakfast bar (apricot something-or-rather), trim cappacino
Afternoon tea - trim cappacino
Exercise - 50 mins of CardioBlast at the gym. Zumba instructor was sick, so there was a cardioblast class being offered in its place...thought I would give it a go...loved it! Much more of a workout than zumba.
Tea - chip buttie, piece of battered fish, battered pineapple and chips!!! (might go to zumba + pump class tomorrow)
Supper - probably peppermint tea
