Well, it is 9pm and it is still hot outside (and inside!!!). It is an unbelievable 29dg still. The highest it got was 39dg...sweltering!!!
So my sensible eating plan went just a tad out the window today. I just had to have an iced coffee at The Ground Floor Cafe, and I just had to have an ice-cream this afternoon.
Let's hope the heat has just sweated it right off me???
Good news! Malcolm spent the weekend fishing with the boys in Moeraki and has brought back a load of fish - yay! Lots of protein...
