Well it seems that what the experts say is true! Exercsie does in fact help you to lose weight.
So far (a week) I have lost 2 kgs and I am loving it! I know it isn't much, but it sure is motivating.
Most days I have been going to the gym, running or walking. I have also been eating sensibly. This does not mean I stop enjoying eating. It was my turn to shout the staff morning tea...there was no way I was going to make tim tam truffles and NOT eat any!!!
